Why? On a evacuation from a local school, comments about having being on holy ground and limited views on our prayer life, led us to think about showing off all the good that is in our school.

When? To have a Podcast up and running by Christmas on our Gospel values.

Why? This came out of a very good professional discussion during our Safeguarding Audit, that we need to address.

When? As soon as we have had the updated training with SENSO which should lead us on how to ensure we have this tool added to our package.

Who? This came from our Auditor, Rik from Judicium.

Why? We have been good with our Data previously, but we have never been compared to schools of a similar nature and we want to ensure that we build on our work with children with SEND so it is sig+ above compared to schools Nationally.

When? When our new IDSR comes out in October, to sit with SLT and analyse our data compared to other schools.

Who? This comes from the DfE showing us where we need to improve.

Why? As we have a new leader, for him to share his experience that will help us to refine our curriculum even more, to ensure access for all. He will work closely with our new Curriculum Lead.

When? By the end of the year, to show what changes have been made to the curriculum and why.

Who? This is from our new Inclusion Lead to ensure that their children have the best provision.

Why? Two years ago, we noticed that the children with poor attendance were children we had defined as our vulnerable group. We started working with the families. But we did not have data to compare to schools nationally, which we do now. We want to show an improvement.

When? Half termly reports to show our progress, with it improving.

Who? This is from our Attendance lead, who has noticed high absentees from the same group of children.

Why? With ECT's we feel the training coming out of University is not equipping the new teachers with how to teach with such complex needs. Our new SEND Teaching role, will help with the support with this.

When? To start with a staff voice on teaching children with SEND and an end staff voice, to show how clear targeted support has been put in place and this shows impact.

Who? This is from our new SEND link leading with teaching of children with SEND across the school.

Why? To know what the local OAP is and how we need to follow it, with our requirements with teaching children with SEND in our care.

When? A lot of work was done on this last year, and this year is the collecting of evidence. To be completed by July 2027.

Who? This is from the local authority to ensure we are meeting their requirements.

Why? The school has been given £17,000 to ensure that our environment can change so all children can access level appropriate learning.

When? By the end of the academic year. Though any builds/buildings need to agreed asap to make the provision ready for the learners as soon as they can.

Who? This is from the Government, asking us to provide a better provision for our children with SEND.

Why? We now want to see how the impact of how the work from the Intervention has changed the learner with SEND to become more independent in class.

When? After every half term, an Intervention overview to reflect on the intervention and impact leading to good learning behaviours.

Who? This is from the SLT to monitor our progress and impact of Interventions.

Why? To be able to look and reflect on our processes to see what we need to improve on.
