         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Train teachers for Myanmar</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Teacher training for Myanmar Teacher in Lesson planing, Assessment, Gender, Environmental Substainablity and AI (Primary, Middle and High School Level)</p><p><br></p><p>Project Summary - This is the teacher training project for Myanmar Fresh teachers around the world. In this project, there are 15 different trainings under the Lesson planing, Assessment, Gender, Environmetal substainablity, and AI for Primaray Level, Middle school level and High School level. (5 training session for each level)</p><p><br></p><p>Training Platform - Zoom class and Telegram Recorded lessons&nbsp;</p><p>Target audience - Government curriculum teachers&nbsp;</p><p>Target people - 100 for each level, 300 teachers</p><p>Language - Myanmar and English</p><p>Trainers - Trainers are needed to invite as volunteers or (paid by project fund). If it is impossible to invite the expertise for all the session, I will be the facilitator for those session by using Teach English free courses form British Coucil course resources. It may be more likely to be study group.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Why I want to do this project?</p><p><br></p><p>I have been working as a teacher for over 8 years in different fields such as monastics schools, preschool, private schools, and international school both in Myanmar and Laos. I am holding Level 7 diploma in TESOL from London Teacher Training Colledge and TKT (CAMBRIDGE) COURSRES. I have been attending many of BC teacher training couses and I inspires them a lot, although they are very valuable, many of Myanmmar teacher cannot access it for many reasons. I want to fill that gaps and want Myanmar teachers to improve their professional development.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

And where was it going and where it is now, and what effects it brings to the people. For example, due to constant political unrestness within the country, do they change to cultivating other crops? If they do what and why and how? If they don't, why and how do they maintain their crops amidst these warfare challenges? Looking into the core of the ways. Their plantation need stream water to proceed but they cut off all the trees for agriculture and leaving no room for stream to survive. So, I want to apply the perspective of Political Ecology to explain why people act in such way (which harming their economy). </p>]]></description>
