Larry, I just wanted to add my thanks for helping to open the doors to the ATC and tennis to me post retirement. You taught me the basics of tennis and helped me to find friends to play with. Hi Larry!

When I first joined ATC three years ago, you were incredibly welcoming and positive. I’ll never forget how encouraging you were and how genuinely kind you were to a new club member.

It’s obvious that your love for the game of tennis and the community that can form around it is infectious, and I’ve seen that love and commitment manifest itself over these last few years. That’s your legacy at ATC, Larry! I hope you enjoy all the well-deserved plaudits you are sure to receive.

I cannot even remember when we first met, but I think it had to do with tennis lessons for our son when he was a kid, and he's now 40 - so it's been awhile. But it was a pleasure reconnecting when I joined ATC many years ago. In all the years since, you worked tirelessly to make the club a welcoming place for all. Now enjoy the next chapter.

I don’t remember when we first met, but I know it was before our daughters were in nursery school together 30 years ago! I have marveled at your tennis organizing abilities, your memory of people’s names and your understanding of each person’s game. Above all, your welcoming demeanor is unmatched! Larry, I'm so sad to see you go! Although I'm relatively new to the ATC, you have been a cornerstone since I first signed up for the listserv! You have been so welcoming and kind, it's hard to imagine the ATC without you. I'm going to miss all of your emails and especially the positivity and joy you have brought to the ATC.
