1. When is your birthday?
- 3rd January 1996

2. What is your favourite animal?
- Leopards. They possess such majesty, wouldn't you agree?

3. What do you do for a living?
- I'm a filmmaker currently working on my debut. After leaving film school I was discovered at a short film festival and here we are. It's surreal!

4. If you could travel, where would you go?
- I've always wanted to make a film in New York City. There's something about it, history's great artists seem to flock there like magnets.

5. What was your favourite school subject?
- It was actually history. Kids now get to do media studies and all sorts of things I would have loved. My school was pretty basic.

6. Do you have a small or big family?
- Moderate. Two parents and an older brother.

7. What genres of music do you like best?
- Film and television soundtracks, for obvious reasons.

8. How do you like to spend your free time?
- HA! What free time? Only joking, I read, usually Truman Capote or F. Scott Fitzgerald. I also watch TV.

9. Are you a morning or a night person?
- Both. Mornings because here's too much to be done and nights as a good sesh helps me to chill out from my crazy life.

10. What's your favourite food?
- I eat on the go a lot so a mozzarella and rocket sandwich on decent bread works just fine.

11. What is your favourite movie and TV show?
- Psycho and Game of Thrones.

12. What is your favourite childhood memory?
- When I was 10, me and my mate Dan, who's now one of my housemates, snuck into the cinema to watch Final Destination 3, rated 15. The adrenaline rush was insane.

13. Who is your celebrity crush?
- I don't really have one but I would like to mind fuck the genius that is Alfred Hitchcock.

14. Do you speak more than one language?
- My surname is French and my grandparents live in the village Salernes in the region of Provence. I know French.

15. What is your biggest pet peeve?
- Laziness. Seriously people, get out of bed.

16. What is your ideal holiday?
- A city somewhere, ideally on my own. That way, I can walk, listen and observe.

17. Where did you grow up?
- A hamlet called Balderstone in Lancashire. Nothing happens there! Escaping to London was my smartest move.

18. What is the skill that
you would like to learn?
- I'd love to be able to draw and make some really great art. Alas, it's stick men all the way for now.

19. What do you value most in a friend?
- Someone who can get me to switch off and just chill out, something I struggle with.

20. What is your biggest fear?
- That I'm going to get old before I achieve all the things that I should. Also fire. I set fire to my bedroom when I was fourteen. No one was hurt, but I got into a whole manner of crap.

5. The Artist (2011)
- Yes, it's very cliche, but it's bloody beautiful.

4. Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961)
- Based on the book by my favourite author, Truman Capote.

3. Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? (1962)
- Joan Crawford, Bette Davis and spectacular direction from Bob Aldrich. What more could you want from a film?

2. The Great Gatsby (2013)
- The 1920s was the most spectacular decade in history. This film captures it in a fantastically hyperbolic way.

1. Psycho (1960)
- It's fantastically acted, it's genuinely scary and it's directed by a genius. This film is the inspiration for my own film, "The Mirror's Tears."
