At 9 a.m. I was brought by Mr. Syafiq to meet Puan Kamariah, human resources assistant. Then I was introduced to all the staff by Mr. Syafiq and he let the housekeeping department handle me. 

The senior supervisor of housekeeping, Mr. Edwan then let one of her staff, adminn coordinator, Kak Mas to explain what kind of task that I have to do while he do the briefing with the other staff and trainers. She also explained on how to use the system that housekeeping and front office use check the rooms. 

Around at 10.30 I was bring by Mr. Edwan to the other trainee, my task is to assist her to make up the room. I was assisted by Wani, the other trainee. At first we will spray the chemicals in the bathroom, took out the linens And throw the garbage.
