The results obtained reflect a lack of efficiency and effectiveness in the production of paper airplanes, with disorder in the process and a lack of commitment from the collaborators at each stage of the chain. It was identified that the quality of the final product was affected, leading to returns.

To improve this situation, it would be essential to properly condition the workplace to clearly establish each stage of production, ensuring that the positions are close to each other to facilitate transition and communication. Additionally, creating a favorable and comfortable work environment would be crucial to encourage commitment from the collaborators to carry out their work with dedication and precision.

Regarding what would be done differently, the focus would be on better organizing the production process, ensuring that each step is carried out with attention and commitment. Furthermore, emphasizing the importance of effective communication between different workstations would be key to ensuring a smooth and quality production.

I consider that they were good since we were able to comply with all of them, although there are opportunities for improvement.

What mistakes could you identify?

I was able to identify that there were bottlenecks in production since the personnel were not suitable to carry out the task.

What whould you change to obtain diferente results?

I would organize the ideal operators in each job and I would also organize the jobs since they were very far from each other.

Lack of responsibility of the roles were identified, they did not know what they were doing, they did not have a sense of belonging.

I would train the personnel on their role and responsibility within the production process, and also make clear the instructions on what to do and how to do it.

R/ The results obtained were good because the deliveries were met, but the delivery times were not met, that is, it was delivered after the time limit, which can harm the client/company relationship.

• What mistakes could you identify?

R/ Poor organization of workstations, too much distance between workstations, personnel not trained for the workplace, poor working conditions (temperature), general disorder, not prioritizing orders (Fifo/Lifo), etc.

• What would you change to obtain different results?

R/ create a master production plan, organize jobs according to the operator's skills, organize jobs online, single work table so that production is continuous and fluid, organize orders based on dispatch rules (Fifo /Lifo), etc.

In order to achieve better results, some operators should be moved, thus improving the quality of the product and the efficiency of the process. In addition, the work area should be better distributed, streamlining the process. It is worth mentioning that the operators should be better trained so that they can perform their work effectively.

I think that with respect to the results obtained as a production team we had many bottlenecks, there was a lack of organization, because at the time the planes began to be assembled they did not draw the line in the exact middle, which is how the rest of the following steps would not be met with a quality airplane. I would change the stunt staff to eliminate bottlenecks and increase productivity.
