People should improve the position if they all took some responsibility for reducing unsustainable levels of consumption, and they point to the development of new technologies which are likely to reduce levels of pollution.
2.Globalist(negative):It is the task of each country to reduce the pressure of plastic products on the environment. Globalization should not be used as an excuse to say that some developed countries need to solve their own problems and transfer them to other countries and regions in the world.
This is the negative consequence that globalisation will bring, because that the waste throw in the America can transmit to Africa in the Ocean, the pollution is including in Globalisation.
3.Internationlist:1.Globalist exaggerates the impact of global plastic waste.

Globalists believe that globalization exists and they acknowledge that the spread of global garbage is a result of globalization.
Positive globalists believe that despite the current threat to the lives of some animals on the planet, plastics do bring convenience and improve the quality of life for people. Globalization has a positive effect on the life of the citizens of the world.

2.Globalist (negative)
Negative globalists might argue that the earth's environment has been greatly damaged by the effects of globalization.
There is a pollution chain around the world, plastic waste will become more and more severe because there is one ocean with no boundaries. Pollution of different countries will have interaction.

3. Internationalist
States still could use their own power to control the ocean area of their own.
Internationalists do not recognize the existence of globalization, and believe that the world is still dominated by various countries, and the so-called globalization has only been magnified at the national level. They say the problem is the result of improper waste disposal in some countries or even international organizations, rather than a global pollution problem. Therefore, the management of plastic waste needs to be borne by the main responsible country.
4. Transformationalist
Transformationalists acknowledge the existence of globalization. Plastic waste is partly due to globalization, but there are also problems that some countries have not handled properly themselves. Reducing the problem of global waste can be done with incentives to encourage citizens to reduce their use of trash bags. But whether more or less globalization is needed in the future is uncertain.

It is overall a positive change, although there can be short term problems such as plastic waste, however, in long term, globalisation leads into new technologies (large corporations will introduce new management styles and technologies) which leads to solve the problem. 
Negative: Globalisation brought disaster all over the world, has a massive negative impact particularly on the poor nations with mass production of commodities and abuse of cheap labour in poor countries. 

Internationalist view:  Nation sates and governments have power and control to deal with the problem. It is  within their limits to regulate the use of plastic products and also to have waste management systems. 

Transformationalist:
It is indeed a global matter, however, nation states also play their parts in regulating the issues of plastic consumption and also they can work with global agents and large corporations and international bodies such as the UN to tackle the problem.
