However, I found that it was confusing at certain points and that some parts of the book were unnecessary. I wasn't very engaged with the prompt because the topic didn't spark my interest. I am fairly comfortable with timed writing, but I prefer to write freely. This might have affected my end product because the pressure to finish the essay completely and accurately on time may have slightly stressed me out. I think that my grade is a bit off compared with my expectation. I expected a higher grade, around the 95, but when I read my essay again, I can see how and why my thesis statement (or lack thereof) received a 90. I am proud of the ideas and concepts that I come up with and express in my writing.
