       Village is well known for its agriculture,culture and traditions but people believe in superstitions, they are not much aware of sanitation, they lack in education especially they hesitate to educate a girl child, they always want to depend on their ancestral occupation.
        Very oftenly I do visit a village, the village fairy exists there. People follow culture and tradition which is inherited. People who live there won't have greediness. Moreover, the entire village lives in peace and harmony and they come forward in each other sorrows and happiness and they are helpful. Summer is a season of harvest. Earlier there were houses made of mud and bricks which is known as kutcha houses. Village is a simple cluster of mud-plastered walls, shaded by trees, overlooking the large expanses of green fields with few people  moving slowly and of course, bullock carts.

On the other side there were few villagers of some villages were struggling for their livelihood due to lack of resources 
But most of our INDIA we have is villages 
The material what we used in our kitchen, our khadi dress, has came from these villages and forests of them. But most of those villagers were still under development.

Also some upland areas of my district (west Godavari ) would cultivate commercial crops like maize, tobacco along with some dry fruits and some nuts like cashew, cotton etc.

So we need to save them from cruel middlemen and we should assure them to do their agriculture 
So that we need to provide them with the facilities what we are enjoying now
No farmer should die of hunger 
No farmer should scare to do his job

What you see is a water bird - the white breasted waterhen. Historically, these birds were poached by a local tribe and sold for meat as a means for livelihood. A few hens were trained to give out loud calls. These hens were then strategically placed in cages around the waterhen habitats to lure and trap other birds that would approach the sound of their kin.

These water hens are typically sold for a couple of hundred bucks a pair while the trained hen would fetch anywhere between a couple of thousands.

Agriculture is all about cultivating food (agri side) there are also few subsidiaries of agriculture i.e., aquaculture, horticulture, poultry  etc.

We all getting food is because of agriculture
But no one knows the hardship faced by farmers, sadly they even not getting required profits. But we are buying their products for double- thriple price. The only profit is enjoyed by middlemen. It's the problem faced by farmers from the era of zamindari.

Based on location, weather and risk aspects there were different crops grown.
I.e.,  few crops like millets and some grains need more water so that people with good water facility would grow those crops
Forest and upland area people mostly have scarcity of water so that they'll mostly grow commercial crops which doesn't need more water like.., eucalyptus, maize, tobacco, palm etc
There are few crops which would grow in cold weather conditions like oats, apples etc. So, people with cold weather conditions would opt for those crops. In the same way there are few crops which gros in hot weather conditions
Like dates etc

 



Risk management  :
 And for risk assesment and risk management

No  one can fully asses/predict  the coming whole risk, but we can atleast predict minimum expected
 risks 


I.e., 
*cyclones- meteorologica department working techniques, their tools and technology has developed a lot than previous. So that we can get accurate present weather condition and predicted weather condition. So that farmers can store their crop in a place which doesn't get affected by rain, also fishermen won't go for hunting. Also government would take an initiative and evacuate the people of danger zones to safe zones 
 *Land slides- one of my friend of COORG Karnataka has told that the locals can predict the land slide with the marking of slided land from it's previous position to present position so that the local people can vacate to safe places. Also snowy areas of north india mostly gets affected with these slides by melting of glaciers and then gets floods
*Droughts- which is having no rain fall and change in weather conditions to harsh. With the water stored reservoirs, dams and projects we can over come (national project of POLAVARAM project of andhra on godavari which also brings the water to the drought affected areas like rayalaseema of andhra. Also the godavari water won't be wasted to sea)
*Heavy snow fall- they causes road block which affects the transport blockage and some harsh conditions won't allow Air travel mode too 
*Floods- mostly delta areas would get affected everyyear due to floods
*Tsunami- huge tide at a single wave can causes worst damage as possible to lives, livestock, properties etc
*War- even war conditions also causes unsung damage 
*Locust attack- which has happened last year (2020) was unpredictable and also caused huge loss for agriculture of north india

Most of the risks / disasters were came out by giving very minute warning 
Sometimes it doesn't gave any warning signals too
But from the govt side , scientific side and our side everyone should be prepared for the happening / going to happen risk to not to be a disaster

Example; andhrapradesh govt made a tie up with amul and started to give cows and buffaloes for very less rate for women along with buyback gaurentee of milk with good rate

The Institute offers training for women in tailoring, fashion designing, embroidery, artificial jewellery-making and saree falls; paper bag-making, spoken English, basic computer operation and solar water heater repairs for both men and women. 

Recently, some of the teachers and trainees of the Institute visited Viveka Rural Livelihood Centre at Kenchanahalli, H.D. Kote taluk. India is the fastest growing economy in the world but our education system is still far behind everyone else's. With exception of few states states, all other states have poor educational statistics. 

More children are in schools than ever before, but the quality of education in government schools has sunk to unprecedented lows. Due to this, parents who earn less than ₹100 per day, spend their entire live savings, sending their kids to private schools. They are under the perception that only private school can provide their kids with quality education and state of the art facilities. 

As responsible citizens, our prime duty includes that we ensure all kids in the country receive equal quality education. To do this, we can provide government schools with the same facilities as in private schools and match the quality of education there, if not exceed it. This will stop parents who have low incomes from sending their kids to expensive private schools and further improve the enrollment and attendance, as they will see their kids are receiving high quality education.

If we do this, the kids will create good future for themselves, and later help their poverty struck families, to live good healthy lives.

Meanwhile corporate devils along with some people who made education as business makes even normal people to get scared for joining their children in convents 
Then what about the people lives under bpl and remote areas ?

Though few villages which were connected by highways (nearby) or having better resources can produce their electricity (windmill/ hydroelectricity etc) 
Also unlike previous conditions government also providing better electricity and subsidies on electricity for farmers for agriculture purpose 
Yet, electricity is lacking in remote areas and backward rural areas due to lack of sources, infrastructure, better transport facilities.
Also it would take much more time  for restoring electricity services which got damaged (established electricity lines) 

So, there are some of our people still living in dark

But on the other side ghere are many villagers in villages but also in some towns who dump many wastes in their sewage canals which blocks the flow of sewage water and thus started the problem which mostly affects on monsoon (overflow of drainages )

And for few villages they'll have dumping yard but they have no idea what to do after dumping 
(Dumping would be increased day by day )

And for some villages they established few machines for burning dumped waste
