The detail of the comment is measured by the accuracy of the assignment exceeding the expectations or need additional feedback for corrections needed.</p><p>The energy and engagement in the room gives feedback on the in the interests, clarity and engagement of the activity presented.</p><p>Methods of impact are measured by direct check, pair and share, jamboard, exit tickets about the assignment and assessment.</p><p>Investments and collaboration with adults happen during staff meetings, department meetings and mentors for new teachers. Collaboration with students is the relationship you build with your students. Check  in and check outs with students.</p>]]></description>
