I have spent between 8-1 p.m. every day this week just following up on the various communications, and am trying to be much more immediate in my response than normal. It is very time consuming!

I agree. It has been a big increase in time. Worth it, but I have to get a handle on it for it to be sustainable. All trying to figure it out.
