Warm up the Vacuum former heater beforehand.
2. Place the desired shape/mould into to the vacuum former. 
3.Clamp a piece of high impact polystyrene onto the top of the former.
4. When the polystyrene is heated enough, turn on the vacuum.
5. Pull a lever at the side to lift up the object into the heated polystyrene shaping the piece of plastic.
6. Remove the plastic mould and wait for it to cool down.

Turn on the vacuum former and let it heat for a while. Then after about 2 mins place the object you want to form on the stage inside.
