This is a Podcast called Food For Thought that is hosted by Registered Nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert. In this episode Rhiannon was asked questions on how she became a nutritionist, what to look out for on social media when someone says they're a nutritionist or giving nutritional advice when they're not qualified as it can be dangerous. This podcast should be listened to people who tend to use social media for nutritional advice such as personal trainers on Instagram instead of going to a professional.

Graze Protein Oat Bars Advertisement

This is the Graze protein oat boost bars Advertisement and it mentions that it has 45% less sugar than the normal cereal bar. If you research the nutritional value of the Cocoa Vanilla flavour that is advertised it still contains 5.2g of sugar, 130 Kcal and 2.1g of Saturated Fat per 30g serving. This might make consumers who see this Ad that it's very healthy when it really isn't but they are a great source of energy. This Ad is aimed at Children as they would like the look of the chocolate bar and would find the talking squirrel amusing and parents as they would like to introduce more healthy snacks they could include in their children's lunchboxes.

This is a quick 10 second Advertisement from Bord Bia promoting the usage of Eggs and the recipes that can be found on the Bord Bia website. It uses words such as Dinner-Hosting, Flavour-Picking, Table set, Guests met and Great Shout. These are words giving ideas about the baked eggs dish such as describing that they have great flavour and they are great for hosting dinners. I think this Ad is aimed at people who haven't got much time to cook dinners as it's a quick meal to make and I also think it's aimed at students as it's quick you can add any ingredients you want and an easy way to get good nutrients in such as proteins and carbohydrates. This Ad is an example of product placement as it was shown during an Ad break of a popular afternoon talk show.
