When I started kayaking, I felt a sense of exhilaration and excitement. I loved the idea of exploring new lands and waterways. I used to find my peace at the water, now I find my peace on the water.

The task of kayaking allows you to explore various bodies of water. In my first attempt to pursue technical paddle in whitewater, I persisted with a the goal of facing the challenge and the anticipation of what I would see once I made it through the rough water.

The big idea of my love for kayaking is that you can reap beautiful rewards if you persevere and work hard thorough the challenging parts. I also learned that sometimes you need to let go of control and let the water take you through the rocky parts. Sometimes when you fight the current, you end up in the water. Water always finds a way!
