In this song she is describing how she wants to break off a piece of mind that she can't get right and that relates to Christopher because he gets so wrapped up in his thoughts. Also she talks about situations not being her fault which also relates to Christopher because he didn't kill the dog. Last but not least she describes problems that she is going through with someone that isn't benefiting her.
