There is no clear, concise evidence that proves his guilt. Jay's testimony was the beginning and the end of the case. It was essentially the only evidence that the prosecution was able to utilize to prove Adnan's guilt. I think that Don was the killer, as his whereabouts were unaccounted for . His alibi was his mon as well, who is not reliable. He also seems to have a better motive than Adnan. He could have been mad that Hae was still associating with Adna, so he decided to kill her. Don came into work with scratches on his hands and bandages wrapping them. These injuries could have resulted from the brief scuffle with Hae.
