         <description><![CDATA[<p>ingredients :</p><p>sweet potato</p><p>red onion + garlic</p><p>pepper</p><p>courgetter</p><p>avocado </p><p>cherry tomato </p><p>avocado</p><p>lemon</p><p>vegan yogurt</p><p>seasonings ( all purpose)</p><p><br></p><p>method:</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>roast sweet potato for 40 min (pierce before)</p></li><li><p>meanwhile chop all ingredients </p></li><li><p>fry onion and garlic for 5 min</p></li><li><p>add veg to pan and cook through</p></li><li><p>add seasonings</p></li><li><p>cut open potatoes and add fried veg</p></li><li><p>top with tomato and abocado</p></li><li><p>mix yogurt lemon sal pepper together and drizzle over</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <title>cinnamon apple oatmeal</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>ingredients:</p><p>1 or 2 apples</p><p>cinnamon</p><p>pinch of salt</p><p>sugar</p><p>vanilla extract (optional but yummy)</p><p>1/2 cup porridge oats</p><p>1/2 cup oatmilk (or any plant based milk)</p><p>1/2 cup water</p><p>peanut butter (optional but yummy)</p><p><br/></p><p>steps:</p><ul><li><p>dice an apple into cubes</p></li><li><p>add the apple to a pot with a few splashes of water</p></li><li><p>add a pinch of salt and however much cinnamon and sugar you prefer (about a teaspoon each works for me) and a splash of vanilla</p></li><li><p>stir and cover until the apples are as soft as you like</p></li><li><p>add oats, oatmilk and water</p></li><li><p>allow to cook and add more cinnamon and sugar if you prefer</p></li><li><p>serve with a dollop of peanut butter and a sprinkle of chia seeds </p><p><br/></p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <title>udon noodle stir fry </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>2-3 servings</p><p>ingredients:</p><p>A block of tofu </p><p>salt</p><p>flour</p><p>veggies (I use a small head of broccoli and a bell pepper)</p><p>2 packets of pre cooked udon</p><p><br/></p><p>sauce ingredients:</p><p>3 tablespoons light soy sauce</p><p>1 tablespoon dark soy sauce</p><p>2 tablespoons of sugar</p><p>1 tablespoon of peanut butter</p><p>1/2 tablespoon of rice vinegar</p><p>splash of water</p><p>drizzle of sesame oil</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Steps:</p><p><br/></p><p>-chop tofu into cubes add to a bowl and add 4 tablespoons of flour and a big pinch of salt</p><p><br/></p><p>-add a drizzle of oil to a hot pan and fry tofu on all sides until golden brown</p><p><br/></p><p>-while tofu is cooking make the sauce:</p><p>mix the soy sauce, sugar, peanut butter, rice vinegar. taste as you go and add less soy sauce or more sugar, adjust to your taste</p><p><br/></p><p>-once tofu is done remove from the pan and into a bowl. add chopped veggies into the hot pan and cook with a splash of soy sauce</p><p><br/></p><p>-while veggies are stir frying add udon noodles to a pot of boiling water, it will only take about a minute for the noodles to separate and be done</p><p><br/></p><p>-drain noodles and add to the pot of stir fried veggies, add the tofu and sauce and mix.</p><p><br/></p><p>-taste and adjust flavour by adding more soy sauce or sugar</p><p><br/></p><p>-finish off with a drizzle of sesame oil.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
