For football - have a football match

Set up two pitches 6.15pm. Pump up footballs.

6.30 - 6.40pm: Warm Up

As boys arrive ball between 2, moving around hand pass right and left, then bounce hand pass L&R, then kicking. Then a tackle.

6.40: Lads into 4 even teams

6.45 - 7pm: 2 conditioned matches

Game 1: Kicking only with a point if you get successful pass with left foot.

Game 2: Kick and Hand pass, with score for left handed pass.

Game 3: Kicking. handpass and either 1 bounce or one hop, woth a Goal for a block or tackle.

All Teams to Hurling 7pm - 7.30pm

7.04 - 7.14: Warm Up

In pairs again sliotar between pair, moving around hand pass - show hand - aim for the hand.

Ground strike - run to the ball and swing, partner to block then strike. Strike off left then right.

Jab lift up take four steps and drop for partner.

Partners strike from the hand - drive to them low and hard. Off Left and right side.

Concentrate on first touch

Tackle - for the lift.

Points to watch for - 

Hurl in correct hand and position 

Flat hurls, bring the back hand down for the lift 

Body in. Step into it don’t wait for it. Move your feet.

Pick and move take your time

Go with the left side of ball comes this way 

Challenge is jabs into hand. Low over the ball.

Game 1: Striking only with a point if you get successful pass off other side. No solo.

Game 2: Strike and Hand pass, with score for successful pass.

Game 3: Striking, handpass and 1 solo/4 steps, worth a Goal for a block or tackle.

All Teams to AD: 7.35pm

6 sprints (if sprinting for 12 sec, 20 sec to go again.

Then one other AD - bounding, one foot jumping or plank fights.
