Dear Haldun Hocam, I thoroughly enjoyed the course! The insights gained will greatly benefit me in both teaching and my role as a social media specialist. I especially loved incorporating AI in different classroom situations, and Nearpod was my favourite takeaway. The practice of sharing and reflecting on lesson recordings, along with engaging in presentations and watching my peers, added immense value to my learning experience. I have been attending webinars on Generative AI for some time now. I must say that Haldun Hocam's short-course is, by far, one of the most practical. Each step of the course was well-designed and simple enough to follow. a) very useful, practical and applicable. b) certainly yes! c) Here is my TOP-5: 1- Nearpod (which I'm already using in class), 2- Natural Reader (a fine alternative to PlayHT), 3- Magic School (unfortunately no longer free) 4- jeopardylabs.com (so easy to apply) 5. Quillbot (now that ı started using it more effectively) d) yes, very much so! THANK YOU FOR THE EFFORTS HOCAM, IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE!

I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions, the content was not only valuable but also presented in an engaging manner. I already love to use technological tools in the lessons, and I believe these new tools will greatly benefit both my students and me in the future. Nearpod was my favorite, cannot wait to use it. I was also surprised by how ChatGPT can be used more efficiently while preparing lessons or during classes. I also loved the text to voice creation tools, I even created one for the exam. The content and topics were highly relevant to my needs. Thank you very much hocam.

I would like to thank you for the tech course - it was awesome. I had a great time and learned a lot about using technology in my classes. Among the tools introduced, two applications, Nearpod and MagicSchool captured my attention. The practical demonstrations you provided during the course allowed me to grasp the main features of these apps. I can't wait to try them with my students in the next module. The course content was just right for what I needed as a teacher. Your expertise made the course really enjoyable. Thanks for making it so fruitful and interesting. Thank you Haldun for offering us this course and giving us the opportunity to see so many new tools and ideas. I did find the sessions useful and I think they opened our eyes to the variety of options that we have. I am looking forward to practicing using the tools and implementing some of them in my lessons. I think the best takeaway from the course is to keep thinking about how we do things and in what ways we can continue to adapt tasks and make them more engaging for the learners - we saw many ways to do that using AI and the options will likely only increase as the tech gets even more developed. The topic was relevant and timely and inspired us to continue experimenting with AI in the future. Thanks again for all your work putting the sessions together.

I firmly believe that the tools we have been introduced to are all worth using in our teaching, making our job easier and more practical while enriching it in various ways. Out of the ones that I have had a chance to use in class, Nearpod, MagicSchool, and ChatGPT have seemed to stand out. I believe ChatGPT could be a real lifesaver for both teachers and learners when proper prompts are given. As a teacher who has been using ChatGPT for some time, this course helped me realize that it could be used in many different ways. All in all, thank you very much, Haldun, for this very entertaining course, which was a real eye-opener.

Hi Haldun, sessions were indeed useful and enjoyable. Most useful info were the magicSchool and Nearpod sites. I think there is a lot we can do with them but it will take time and practice for me and get my competence to a level I like! The conent will halp me prepare and give lessons as an instructor; I want to be able also to use these to try to get students to help themselves as I feel we should not be afraid of them using AI (responsibly of course). Next term I will try to use AI when preparing and giving lessons. Many thanks for your invaluable input.

As a big fan of your workshops/courses, I can safely say that this was one of the best courses I have attended so far. My favorite tool was magicschool, and I used many of the features multiple times. It breaks my heart that it is no longer free. Another tool that I enjoyed is Nearpod because it engaged the students more than anything else. I cannot wait to try out the other tools in the next module. The content and topics are very relevant to my needs because they are appealing not just to me but to students as well. Thank you so much for all your efforts putting together such an awe-inspiring course which helped me remember that it is not just about combining several tech tools together but also about the way we present it.

Dear Haldun Hocam,

I have been eagerly anticipating a course that offers tools benefiting both myself and my students for quite some time. I am so glad that I could join your course and I enjoyed every moment of it.

I am sure that I will try each tool you introduced. For instance, I used to use Voki in the past, but now I am eager to try out D-ID. However, it seems that my primary focus will be on exploring Magic School and Nearpod, as they have captured my interest the most. I am aware that there is much more for me to learn. It was very enlightening: not only we were introduced to some amazing new platforms, but also we got to learn many new cool ways of using the ones we had already known. Overall, the course was well-structured and it did deliver everything it has promised and more. We are sure to benefit greatly from what we have learned for a loong time. I had used edtech and ai in my classes before but from now on they will be on a whole new level. Thank you Haldun Hocam for this amazing enlightening course and your mentorship.

The training sessions were well-presented and interactive. Firstly, the scheduling and timing were convenient. Throughout the course, we didn’t merely sit and listen but were actively engaged with numerous AI tools.

B. What do you think about the course content in terms of your needs and expectations?

The course was highly insightful and resourceful. It featured many helpful AI teaching apps and tools for creating teaching resources, materials, and engaging activities applicable to our classes. Additionally, the practical aspect of the course, where we utilized AI teaching tools and student response platforms, proved invaluable in solidifying our understanding of the course content.

C. How do you feel about your AI potential?

I am quite excited about the potential of AI in language teaching. However, I also harbor concerns regarding the necessity of language teachers in the near future, as AI technology appears more than capable of surpassing traditional classroom teaching and learning environments. Dear Haldun Hocam, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for sharing such valuable information about Edtech and AI technologies for educational purposes with us in sessions. Not only were the sessions very informative, but they were also enjoyable! In the sessions, I learnt about new apps, which I have already started to use in my classes such as Twee and Natural Readers.
