I was able to solve this individually by thinking of why it is wrong and teaching myself to think before I speak.

They can also be things like interrupting a girl constantly when she's talking or only asking the boys in a group for their opinions. Even though they seem small, these comments and actions can build up and make people feel excluded, hurt, or like they don't belong. This is a micro aggression because this is directed to a certain gender group and can be unintentional, a way this can be solved is by having people be more aware and attended
