Invigilator schedules will be sent via email 2 to 3 months before an exam session with dates and times that invigilators are required.

Hull's exam sessions are as follows:

May/June

Please reply to these emails stating your availability and we will then assign the exam sessions.

When the invigilation timetable is complete, we will upload it onto this padlet and inform you of the update via email. If for any reason you are no longer able to invigilate please contact us immediately.

Once you have completed the required Training, please sign and return the attached Invigilator Confidentiality and Security Agreement to exams@hullschool.ch

Please note, if this form is not returned we will be unable to use you as an invigilator

TRAINING CAMBRIDGE (CIE)

Please complete the following tasks to ensure that you have completed the training required for CIE.

Go to www.theexamsoffice.org and Log-in to the Invigilator log in section with your username (your email address) and the password "Firstinitial.Surname97900"  e.g. for John Smith it is "J.Smith97900" .The initial and first letter of surname must be in capital letters

If you have a double name, only the first surname has been used and no special signs like é ü etc, have been used.
