         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>The part that stood out the most was in "Perfect Practice makes Perfect" when she talked about the skiing guy saying " we aren't robots to make perfect, it's about striving for the highest level of excellence." We also liked the part where she talked about Sitting power and consistency.</p></li><li><p>We think both but hard work more. Talent makes practicing something easier and more natural for a person but hard work can also achieve that because the more perfect practice you do the more it becomes a muscle memory.</p></li><li><p><br></p><p>1. The essence of practice is shown through learning, and the learning can be accomplished through failure and repetition for example.</p><p><br/></p><ol start="2"><li><p>Hard work is important, because if you have talent, but do nothing with it, and rely only on talent, you wont get anywhere.</p></li></ol><p><br/></p><p>    3.
