 I also have another piece of advice and that being "If you ever feel alone or if you feel worried about being late to a lesson ask a member of staff either some that will be outside ,in the office or in the look out we don't want any of you to be lonely or worried"
I hope you enjoy your time here and just don't be shy to ask if you need anything.

You are moving up to Year 7. It is a whole new school and you don’t get your transition days because of the pandemic going on. You might think the school is really big but when you get used to it it really isn’t. There is different blocks for some subjects, you get a colour-coordinated map at the front of your planner and you are giving a timetable with your lessons which tells you your lesson, teacher, block and classroom.  One day a week you leave early.

You get one day before the rest of the years come back so you don’t feel overwhelmed. I would say don’t worry because everyone else in the school has been there before. Teachers are there to help and some students might help.

I was also scared of going to Bay House. But trust me, when you're there you will be glad you chose this school. It's easy to get lost, but you have a map in a little planner, so you can learn where everything is.

If you chose Bayhouse, then you have chosen the right school to go to. The lessons are fun, especially science because you can do mini experiments. But that's not the only lesson that's fun, there are lots of other lessons that you will have fun in.

You will make so many new friends that you will have lessons with, go on school trips with, talk to at lunchtime or they might even be in your tutor. Oh yeah i forgot about tutor. A tutor is a group of your friends and other people from different schools that you will be with throughout the whole of Bayhouse. The tutor is so fun to be with in the morning, each day you do different activities such as quizzes and reading.  
Overall, this is a great school and if you chose it, you are very lucky. You will make great friends and have fun in lessons and we can't wait to see you there.
