Overseas, I mostly saw that teenagers tend to pick out their outfits according to current style trends or even inspired by artists and famous people. This means that their style comes from modern clothing and latest fashion hits.Also, on their daily life I had the opportunity to observe their unusual pick on “sporty clothing”. This is because most of them have a life that is regularly involved in a sport or a gym. Even though this is the majority, the ones who don’t play sports still wear this type of clothing to blend in with the rest. This part of their culture differentiates from ours, to us it is not likely to see teenagers in sweatpants or even leggings as an everyday style. Our culture is within a society involved in a lot of criticism, and the vast majority of teenagers are not brave enough to wear comfortable or what is so called “sporty clothes”. I include myself in the fear of not wearing nice clothes and mostly that are in style in our country.Even though England and the United States of America are considered to be similar countries, their culture has its differences. An American style is not the same as a British style. English teenagers tend to dress with a European fashion trend, this involves a lot of color mixes and neat matching. You will be surprised to see how many teenager boys match outfits in so many ways that left me without speech. On the other side, American style is consider to be not as much hipster as the British one. With all this said, I believe that teenagers in our country are mostly centered in what everybody else is wearing and not what they’re actually comfortable in. In spite of the influence of trends, style, and fashion in English speaking countries. Teenagers are still free to express themselves with clothing. Even at school, most of them are not uniform required and you can have the opportunity to have an assumption on teenagers by examining their outfits. Some wear “sporty clothes”, others are fashionable but with a touch of uniqueness, and even the “rocker style” is available in some outfits of young teenagers.
