I am going to miss you, and I'm disappointed that our time in the classroom was cut short this year. We have had SO many good memories in the last two years. I am privileged to have taught you, and you have taught me just as much.  You have made me feel appreciated as a teacher from the hand-made cards, to singing Happy Birthday on the way back from field day, to emailing me about my dog.  This is not something many teachers can say.  Selfishly, I am so incredibly sad to see you leave the city. But, the truth is you will do outstanding things wherever you go. I truly CANNOT wait to see what your future holds from high school, to college, and beyond. You are going to rock it, and I know you'll sneak in some travel here and there too! Please keep in touch via email/text! Rhode Island will be so lucky to have you.
