Carmen is one of my favorite restaurants in Cartagena. It’s located in a beautiful colonial house in the historic center. The atmosphere is elegant and peaceful, perfect for going with your partner or celebrating a special occasion. The food is amazing, with modern Colombian flavors and very creative presentation. I tried the tasting menu and loved it, especially the fish and desserts. The service was excellent — very professional and attentive. It’s an expensive place, but totally worth it because of the quality and overall experience. I would definitely go back.
