1.       On a piece of paper, write down the name of a teacher that had a significant impact on your education. What were their tribal classroom practices, inner awareness practices, and high calling practices done by this teacher that influenced you? (You may only be able to identify one of the three practices)
2.       Take a moment to reflect on your own personal heroic journey. If you feel comfortable to share, what is:
          a.       A fear you have pushed through in your life to reach an important goal?
         b.      A foe that continues to challenge your growth?
          c.       An adventure you have yet to go on?
3.       A premise of Cozolino is that we should be involved in causes outside of the classroom. Do you agree or disagree with this premise? Share with the group those activities you do that make you a more interesting teacher.

The symbol that I envision representing this idea is an incredibly large and wonderfully strong rubber band.
