Soft skills is a word that describes skills that are difficult to measure. It can also be expressed as interpersonal and interpersonal skills. Soft skills identify the effects of our personal habits on the way we work, while also observing how they positively affect people.<br>Communication skills: It covers all skills such as verbal and nonverbal communication, negotiation skills, persuasion ability, presentation skills, public speaking, storytelling, use of body language, reading, writing and comprehension. It is also one of the defining elements of business life.<br>Teamwork: Understanding the team spirit and being in harmony with your environment is important for your managers because at the end of the day, this harmony is also reflected in the work efficiency.<br>Leadership skills: Leadership is a special skill. At this point, your emotional abilities and intelligence come into play.<br>Problem solving: Observant, creative, innovative, problem solving, loving to learn and research, and not giving up. Analytical thinking is very important for employers.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Communication Skills: The capacity to efficiently and clearly express information. Both verbal and textual communication are included.

A member who clearly articulates the project goals and individual responsibilities, listens to other members' views, and gives constructive comments, for example, exhibits great communication skills in a group project.
Teamwork/Collaboration: The capacity to successfully collaborate with others in order to achieve a common objective.

In a software development team, for example, developers, designers, and testers working together to build a product, exchanging ideas and resolving issues respectfully demonstrates great cooperation.

Adaptability. Employees must be adaptable to change. They must be able to learn new things fast and adjust to changing circumstances.
These soft talents, in my opinion, are critical for job success. They enable individuals to communicate effectively, collaborate effectively, solve issues, lead, and adapt to change. These abilities are also necessary for establishing connections, gaining trust, and fostering a healthy work environment.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Communication skills: To be able to listen actively when others are talking, to express ourselves verbally or in writing. I've seen many geniuses throughout my career. The one who cannot contribute to himself and his team because he cannot put two words together and convey what is going through correctly.<br>Predisposition to teamwork:<br>To be able to work together to produce better works with people who have different abilities, different personalities, different working styles, and whose motivation for the project is different from yours.<br>Human relations are strong: It is a skill that we can say for people who are trustworthy, who can find common ground, who can empathize, and who can establish good relations with people. Social skills can also be seen as high, it is quite parallel with communication skills. No matter how smart you are, these social skills are the most important criteria that will carry you forward in business life. People forget what you said, what you did, but they don't forget how you made them feel.<br>Presentation Ability:<br>To present their work, ideas and results in a way that will attract people's attention and to ensure that other people's thoughts and productions support their own ideas. Again, it is a very parallel item to communication skills, but I wanted to include it separately because it is a very important element for promotion in business life.<br>Meeting Management Skills:<br>50% of the time spent in meetings in business life is wasted time. Managing these meetings in a way that yields efficient results is a vital skill. In my article One Habit That Increases Happiness, Productivity and Creativity, I also mentioned that names like Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg hold their meetings on foot.<br>Facilitation Ability:<br>Coordinating and encouraging teammates to get the best results in the easiest way. You have come across many times in your business life, problems that could not be solved for hours, maybe days, were solved with a single suggestion by someone whose only difference from you is knowing how to use google. Although it is not very difficult to develop this role, it is quite parallel with your perspective on life.</div>]]></description>
