Legalising drugs would help addicts feel safe coming forward as some addicts don't find help as they feel they would be incarcerated if they did.
Legalising drugs would reduce the amount of harmful substances that producers put into their drugs such as glass. Doing this would mean drugs would not be so harmful and have as dramatic effects.

On the black market, cannabis can be bought that has harmful materials such as crushed glass in it but if cannabis was legalised, the drug black market would certainly be reduced therefore wouldn't be as dangerous and less young people would be able to get their hands on harmful drugs or become drawn into becoming drug mules.
