         <description><![CDATA[<div>Students have been engaging with the approaches to learning throughout their PYP career.  The exhibition is a time to show mastery of all of these skills in one self-selected project.<br><br>Communication Skills &amp; Social Skills - required to work collaboratively with classmates and mentor teachers, as well as present the final product<br><br>Research Skills &amp; Thinking Skills - required for inquiry, analysis, and synthesis of project information and the creation of the final product<br><br>Self-Management Skills - required for project time management, planning and display/presentation creation</div>]]></description>

         <title>Learner Profile Attributes</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>While completing the exhibition, students must utilize elements of the learner profile attributes in order to be successful.  They show they are <strong>principled</strong> through their time and project management.  Students show they are <strong>knowledgeable</strong>, <strong>thinkers</strong>, <strong>risk-takers</strong> and <strong>inquirers</strong> through project research, analysis, and creation.  By working with others, students are displaying attributes like <strong>communicator</strong>, <strong>caring</strong>, and <strong>open-minded</strong>.</div>]]></description>
