         <description><![CDATA[<div>This article discusses about having Breakfast to help your brain and heart.The reason why we talking about this is to explain how eating breakfast helps you during the day.When others skip breakfast it tends to make you tired and distracted when your in school.The other half tends to be awake and full of energy. So when you don't eat you end up more grumpy then when you eat breakfast you end up more joyful.<br><br>In my opinion I believe eating breakfast can help you while you're in school to give you energy for the day so you can focus on you're academic work.When you eat breakfast it will effect your day when your working and while you're trying to focus, because you will have no energy to do work if you are tired and have no energy.Then there's days when you have to take tests and there for you will have no energy to focus.Other times children end up seeing their parents drinking coffee with nothing else and think that they don't need to eat breakfast. They then decide not to eat breakfast and stare the whole day since they think they don't need breakfast.<br><br>According to researches eating breakfast helps your brain and heart,when you don't eat breakfast it can cause heart disease,gain weight and effect your test scores.Others may think you will lose weight or gain weight by not eating breakfast it's true that you can gain weight by not eating.When feel tired to do anything you can eat yogurt,granola bars,fruit and vegtables to eat something or pack it on the way to school.When others score higher than others it's mostly because they ate breakfast to have energy then others skipped breakfast and are tired.The better Its is to eat breakfast than to skip b<br><br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
