         <description><![CDATA[<div>What is a sound life?<br>건강한 삶은 무엇일까?<br><br>Sound life is typically divided into two categories.&nbsp;<br>건강한 삶은 대표적으로 두 분류로 나눌수 있다.<br><br>One is a physically healthy life and the other is a mentally healthy life.<br>하나는 육체적으로 건강한 삶이고 나머지 하나는 정신적으로 건강한 삶이다.<br>&nbsp;<br>Among them, what I'm going to talk about today is a physically healthy life.<br>그중에서 내가 오늘 말할것은 육체적으로 건강한 삶이다.<br><br>Most people want to live a physically healthy life.<br>대부분의 사람들은 육체적으로 건강한 삶을 살기를 원한다.&nbsp;<br><br>Then, how can we live a sound life?<br>그러면 어떻게 우리는 건강한 삶을 살수 있을까?<br><br>There are two things here.<br>여기에 2가지가 있다.<br><br>First, a balanced diet.<br>첫번째, 균형잡힌 식사<br><br>A balanced diet improves our immune system.<br>균형잡힌 식사는 우리의 면역력을 향상시킨다.<br><br>If you improve your immunity, you will be able to overcome the coronavirus pandemic these days.<br>면역력을 향상시킨다면 요즘 유행하는 코로나 바이러스도 이겨낼수 있을 것이다.<br><br>Also, a balanced diet keeps our bodies balanced correctly.<br>또한 균형잡힌 식사는 우리의 몸에 밸런스를 올바르게 유지시켜준다.<br>&nbsp;<br>Therefore, a balanced diet is very important for a sound life.<br>그렇기에 균형잡힌 식사는 건강한 삶에 있어 매우 중요하다.<br>&nbsp;<br>Second, regular exercise.<br>2번째, 규칙적인 운동.<br><br>Regular exercise also strengthens the body and improves self-esteem.<br>규칙적인 운동도 몸을 튼튼하게 만들어주고 자존감을 향상시킨다.<br><br>Therefore, regular exercise is also very important.<br>그렇기에 규칙적인 운동도 매우 중요하다.<br><br><br>I hope you live a sound life through a balanced diet and regular exercise.<br>여러분도 균형잡힌식사와 규칙적인 운동을 통해 건강한 삶을 살아가길 바랍니다.<br><br>Thank you for listening to my speech.<br>이상 저의 연설을 들어주셔서 감사드립니다.<br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Therefore, reducing instant food and making food at home can help you live a sound life.<br>두번째, 건강한 식습관을 갖자. 코로나바이러스때문에 외출이 줄어들어 인스턴트식품을 자주 먹게 되어 건강이 나빠지는 사례가 많이 생겼다. 인스턴트 식품을 줄이고, 음식을 집에서 만들어 먹으면 건강해 질 수 있다.<br><br>Third, we are high school students. The average high school student sits for more than nine hours. If you sit for a long time like this, your leg muscles will weaken, and if your leg muscles become weak, you can have major problems later on. Therefore, if you sit for a long time, do light stretching and move your legs and waist muscles to create a healthy life.<br>세번째, 우리는 고등학생이다. 고등학생이 평균적으로 앉아있는 시간은 9시간 이상이다. 이렇게 오랜시간 앉아 있으면 다리근육이 약해지므로, 가져운 스트레칭을해서 다리와 허리근육을 움직여주자.<br><br>Based on this content, it would be good for many people to live a sound life.<br>이 내용을 바탕으로 많은 사람들이 건강해지면 좋겠다.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

But when I didn't eat breakfast, I felt very hungry and tired. So I think we should have breakfast. Second, I think we should get enough sleep. People don't sleep well for many reasons. Also, I don't sleep well either. But as a result, I felt very tired of my daily life. Studies show that you get stressed and depressed if you don't get enough sleep. So I think I should get enough sleep. Exercising increases the metabolic rate and promotes calorie consumption 운동은 신진대사율을 높이고 칼로리 소비를 촉진한다. When sleep time becomes constant, fatigue decreases so you can focus on class without sleeping.<br><br>첫째, 수면 시간을 일정하게 만드세요. 수면시간이 일정해지면 피로가 줄어들어 잠을 자지 않고 수업에 집중할 수 있다.<br><br>Second, have healthy eating habits. Because of the coronavirus, you eat instant food more often and your health gets worse. Therefore, reducing instant food and making food at home can help you live a sound life.<br><br>둘째, 건강한 식습관을 가져라. 코로나바이러스 때문에 사람들은 인스턴트 음식을 더 자주 먹고 건강이 악화된다. 그러므로, 인스턴트 음식을 줄이고 집에서 음식을 만드는 것은 여러분이 건강한 삶을 살도록 도울 수 있습니다.<br><br>Third, let's stretch.We are high school students. The average high school student sits for more than nine hours. If you sit for this long, your leg muscles will weaken, and if your leg muscles become weak, you can have a big problem later. Make sure to eat breakfast!<br><br>아침밥을 먹는것은 아침에 음식을 씹으면 뇌가 자극을 받아,<br><br>Eating breakfast stimulates the brain when you chew food in the morning,<br><br>활동을 더 집중 할 수 있고,<br><br>I can focus more on my activities,<br><br>몸이 확실하게 눈을 떠서 자기 일을 정확하게 할수 있다.<br><br>The body can open its eyes with certainty and do its job accurately.<br><br>2. 목욕은 적당히 따뜻한 물로!<br><br>2. Take a bath with warm water!<br><br>목욕물의 온도는 따뜻하게 하고 천천히 몸에 물을 묻히고 들어가면<br><br>Keep the temperature of the bath warm and slowly put water on your body<br><br>몸에 긴장이 풀려 씻고 나온 후에 편안하게 쉴수있다.<br><br>My body is relaxed and I can rest comfortably after washing up.<br><br>3. 짧은 시간이라도 규칙적으로 운동해라!<br><br>3. Exercise regularly, even for a short time!<br><br>사람들에게 가장 부족한 것은 운동이다!<br><br>What people lack the most is exercise!<br><br>한꺼번에 많은 운동을 하는 것보다는 조금씩이라도 규칙적으로 운동을 하는게 좋다.<br><br>It is better to exercise regularly, even a little bit, than to exercise a lot at once.<br><br>특히 유산소 운동이 좋다고 하니 참고해라!<br><br>Please note that aerobic exercise is especially good!<br><br>이렇게 간단히 건강해질수 있는 방법이 있다.<br><br>There's a simple way to be healthy like this.<br><br>여러분들도 다 같이 실천을 해 건강해 집시다.<br><br>Let's all practice it together and be healthy.</div>]]></description>
