Netiquette is an English word that combines the English word network (network) and the French word etiquette (good manners). It is a set of informal rules that govern the good behavior of a user on the Internet web, especially in relating to other users through resources. Respect for netiquette is not imposed by any law. Non-compliance with netiquette leads to general disapproval on the part of other network users, usually followed by an isolation of the "rude" subject and sometimes by the request for suspension of some services used to perform acts contrary to it (usually the mail and Usenet). In cases of serious and continuous violations, the offending user is punishable with a ban. Behaviors contrary to netiquette: Sending emails without a subject is considered disrespectful towards the recipient. It is also particularly bad to send or forward emails to a large number of people (for example, to your entire address book). In this way, all addresses, often private, are openly shown to all recipients, with an implicit violation of privacy. Not only that: if a computer among those of the recipients is infected by viruses that use e-mail to spread, all the addresses included in the message can be captured by the virus and used as recipients of infected messages. In any case, the concept of netiquette with its aspects and contents is a concept that slowly evolves over time with the Web itself.

The Seafarer is a poem contained in the Book of Exeter, one of four extant manuscripts containing poems in Old English. It consists of 124 lines and is commonly referred to as an elegy, i.e. a poem lamenting a loss, or more generally a writing of a melancholy nature. The narrative voice is that of an old sailor, who through his memories gives an opinion on the life he led. The narrative is separated into two distinct parts, very different from each other. The first half is a romantic description of his sea life, with its joys and hardships. The second part consists mainly of advice from the narrator to the audience, in which he expresses what he thinks is the attitude one should have towards God.

“No civilization can be sound or stable which has this mass of stunted human life. We may long remain ignorant of its extent and severity, but once we realize it, we see that questions of profound importance await solutions (Rowntree, 1901)”.

Could this alter the perception that only a small minority in developed countries experience material deprivation? Evidence suggests that material insecurity is a widespread problem in wealthy nations. As an example, in the United States, 58% of the population will experience poverty at some point in their lives, with an additional 76% of the population experiencing poverty at some point in their adult lives. While these periods are often short, they can also be frequent and, as such, present a very different reality of poverty.

Even if the term "poverty" can cover different meanings, it refers to the economic-financial aspect, which can be defined as the condition of individual people or human communities as a whole, who find themselves having, for economic reasons, a limited or completely lacking - in the case of poverty - access to essential and primary goods, or to goods and social services of vital importance.

The condition of poverty as it is understood today, according to some authors, began to emerge with the advent of urban civilization, as primitive societies with a subsistence economy are able to satisfy primary needs without socio-economic differentiations with the use of energy for survival suited to their needs. Judging tribal societies to be poor would derive from the tendency of current capitalist society to evaluate all other societies according to its own values and criteria, even if they bear different values. Poverty therefore, as such, is connected with the concept of wealth for which sociologists have supported the thesis that it is the same wealth within the industrial economy that produces poverty. Therefore it is not possible to repair something greater than the human being, but it would be necessary, within our possibilities, to contribute to the well-being of others as human beings.

Worldwide, nearly one in three children – about 663 million – live in poverty. Of these, about 385 million live in extreme poverty, struggling to survive on less than $1.90 a day. Children, especially toddlers, are more likely to live in inhumane conditions than adults, and are more vulnerable to the effects and contraindications of life: poverty deprives children of the things they need most for survival and development such as food, education, sanitation, water and hygiene. As growth takes its course, the consequences of poverty worsen, taking a huge toll on their well-being and their ability to build a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities. Article 27 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child provides that all girls and boys shall be accorded a standard of living sufficient to allow for optimal (at least in theory) physical, mental, spiritual, moral and social development. For two out of three children, social protection remains out of reach, with almost two-thirds of infants worldwide not protected from the long-term consequences of poverty. For children affected by humanitarian crises, the challenges intensify: protracted conflict, violence and climate change exacerbate their precarious situation and inequality, forcing those with the least resources to bear the brunt.

In the eyes of a child, poverty is not just a lack of money. Young people experience poverty as a lack of housing, education, food, water or health services. The denial of these basic rights often results in deficiencies that cannot be easily filled later in life. And it is the same even in the case of non-material deprivation, since having poorer opportunities in any of the above conditions limits the possibilities of realizing one's future aspirations: this results in a loss of potential not only for the children themselves but for society as a whole. This is why the work of organisations (such as UNICEF) addresses the different dimensions of poverty, using a multidimensional approach.

The decisions that states make on how to finance social policies and programmes have an important impact on the realisation of children's rights and, in general, on equitable development. UNICEF's work on public spending on children has as its overarching objective to contribute to the realisation of children's and adolescent's rights by supporting the best possible use of resources. The framework for this work is the Convention on the Rights of the Child, whose specific objectives of the work programme are the following:

> Allocation of sufficient resources for policies and programmes related to children and adolescents;

> Timely disbursement of funding and reduction of dispersion of funds;

> Outcome-based budgeting to improve actual spending on children;

> Increased focus on disadvantaged groups and areas;

> Monitoring of budget processes.

COVID 19 has not only had health implications, it has caused serious socio-economic impacts, in fact many families have lost their sources of income, disrupting their domestic routines. According to the latest report by UNICEF and the World Bank, due to loss of income, adults in one in four households have been without basic necessities for a day or more, so about a quarter of families said they have stopped working since the pandemic began. For children, this situation has resulted in deprivation of basic services, according to the aforementioned report:

> In 40% of households, children were not involved in any form of school activity, while schools were closed.

> Without access to health care, children have missed out on vaccines and specific therapies that could save lives in later years and are necessary for healthy and prosperous growth.

> In addition, young people have been subjected to more marriage, sales, violence, exploitation and child abuse.

Muhammad Yunus was born and raised in Chittagong, the main commercial port of Bengal, in north-eastern India. In 1977 he founded Grameen Bank, an independent credit institution that practices unsecured microcredit.

Today Grameen, in addition to being present in 36 thousand villages in Bangladesh, is widespread in fifty-seven countries in every part of the world. Grameen's philosophy is to unlearn theory and take lessons from reality. The bank works in a simple way: a loan is made with a maturity of one year and weekly installments of the same amount. Payments must begin one week after the loan is granted. After the third loan that has been regularly repaid, the customer can have access to a small mortgage to build a house. The distinctive characteristic of Grameen is also another: that of being aimed mainly at women, the subject/object of very strong discrimination in the world and in India, where they cannot ask for anything in a personal capacity and must always have the authorization of either their husband or of the father or brother.
