During the process of writing this essay, I have learned a lot about the topic of cancel culture. I had no idea that cancel culture has such a far rooted history in the past. It is interesting what direction society has led cancel culture down compared to what it was like when it started. I definitely have a way better grasp on the concept than I did before I wrote this essay.
