Five Ways the Corp of Discovery solved problems and Intresting Facts about the Journey!

Five Ways the Corp of Discovery Solved Problems

1. The Corp of Discovery solved the problem of finding a
campsite by voting for one.

2. They also never gave taking the 17 mile detour of the
Great Falls or building the new boats after they crossed

3. One problem they solved was having agreements with the other
tribes. Sacagawea was a symbol of peace because she was a woman with a baby on
her back.

4. Another problem they solved was the lack of food
sometimes. Again, Sacagawea solved this by looking for edible plants, even
though the wild turnip roots made them GASSY!

5. One last problem they solved was that other settlers
would need to come to this area. Clark drew maps and Lewis recorded the
different organisms that they saw along the way so that people would be warned
of which ones were the safe kind of animals to live by.

Five Interesting Facts about the journey

1. Lewis was extremely proud about his team when they had
accomplished the impossible.

2. They had camped in a deciduous forest biome for four
months

3. They had traveled
28 months and 28000 miles

4. One member of the expedition died along the journey.

5. Lewis and Clark
worked together as two bodies and one mind.
