         <description><![CDATA[<div>1st amendment is: freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of press, freedom of assembly, freedom of petition. speech: speak freely, press: publish news, assembly: protest and petition: written request to change. 2nd amendment is: right to bare arms. bare: get or have and arms: guns. 3rd amendment is: quarter soldier in homes. quarter: to stay in house. 4th amendment is: search and seizuer. seize: to take. 5th amendment is: rights of the accused. no person can be charged with the same crime twice, no person has to be a witness against himself, a person's life, liberty and property can't be taken away without payment and private property can't be taken for government use. 6th amendment: right to a speedy and public Trial by Jury. the accused have the right to be informed of the crime they are accused of, a right to confront the accuser against them, and right to a counsel for his defense.  7th amendment is: Jury Trial in civil cases. jury: a group who decide the outcome of a trial. 8th amendment is: no cruel and unsual punishment. bail: money to pay to get out of jail and cruel: torture. 9th amendment: powers to the people. retain: to keep. 10th amendment is: powers to the states. delegate: to give. </div>]]></description>
