         <description><![CDATA[<div>Some negative aspects to the Body For Life diet is you are working out intensely every day, so your body never really catches a break from the intense exercise. This could very easily result in injury which could set you back. You also aren't always getting the full nutrition you need, and working out consistently for long periods of time is not good for you. Your body needs a break.&nbsp;The rapid weight loss may also result in putting the weight back on later on. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel this diet is a little too much work. It probably is effective for people who have the time to make the meals and workout everyday. However most people work 8 hour days and don´t have the time or effort to put into preparing these meals and working out as much as it calls for. I would not do it because I am way too busy to prepare all the meals. I also like doing my own workout at the gym and not following someone elses. </div><div><br></div>]]></description>
