         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the process of goal setting, the first step is "to evaluate your current situation regarding your health and then ask your self what you really want to achieve." (8) I use this step whenever I have to consider taking a new medication. Most recently I had to decide on a new medicine to take for my anxiety, because my other meds didn't seem to be working. I knew I wanted to achieve lower levels of anxiety. </div>]]></description>
