Technology often perceived as a catalyst for change, change in teaching style, change in learning approaches, and change in access to information.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Here are some ways to interpret the principle "pedagogy before technology":</div><ol><li>Technology should serve humans, not the other way around.=&gt; Absolutely. However, this idea is not debatable because everyone would agree with it. However, this reminds us not to get too immersed in technological possibilities; therefore, overlook the necessary pedagogical principles.</li><li>Teaching should be the primary focus before introducing technology.=&gt; I must have to disagree with this idea since they should be utilized simultaneously in class (not one after another). Books and pencils were once new forms of technology too. However, now they are considered as "pedagogical activities", and that is not the case. To integrate students and teachers into contemporary society, tablets, projectors and many other modern devices should be employed. With the help of them, people can learn both how to use different devices and the lesson content. However, it may pose different implementation problems such as finance, human resources, duration, etc.</li><li>Educational decisions must be given priority over technological decisions.=&gt; It is quite similar to the second idea, just in broader scale. An important question of society in this transitional period is how technology can be used most effectively to support pedagogy, and how pedagogy can best bring people to use technology.</li></ol>]]></description>
