Resource and facilitate collective learning, trainings, retreats on anti-Blackness, white supremacy culture, ableism, language justice, and other issues that often arise in these spaces, support shared language and understanding and take the onus off of directly impacted folks being the “teachers” and being impacted by lack of political education.
