         <description><![CDATA[<div>Occuring in Haiti in October 2010 resulted in the world's largest national cholera epidemic. It accounted for 57% of global cases and 45% of deaths from cholera infections 2010-2011. An already weak healthcare infrastructure was further weakened by the January 2010 earthquake which left a very unsanitary water supply.</div>]]></description>
