From being my buddy on my first day in 2018 to working together on BD and navigating the ups and downs of trying to re-build our lending business during a global pandemic, I've loved getting to learn alongside you and from you. 

You are an absolute rockstar and I can't wait to continue cheering you on from the sidelines for the years to come. Thanks for being an incredible colleague and friend through the rollercoaster that has been the past 4 years. I certainly couldn't have survived without your support, your constant optimism, your hilarious jokes and your friendship.

Can't believe our 5 year journey is coming to any end. It has been so impressive to watch all the things you've accomplished over the tears from sales to BD. And both of us know you would have been a top dog on the sales team if you stayed. But thanks for letting me take the spotlight :)  

I will be honest, this departure cuts to the core. Even though we don't see each other as frequently as we used to, our friendship is something that has stood the test of time and COVID. I know you are going to crush it Array with Casey and wish you all the best.

And we better stay in touch cause I need somebody to send pics of Dakota and Lex to.
