         <description><![CDATA[<div>Finding time to make it to the gym or to make healthy food is difficult sometimes. I have found that if I go to the gym at 4am works best for me. I slightly dislike getting up that early lol. But when I leave I feel amazing!! I also found that if I meal prep on Sunday I tend to eat way healthier! Also my meals are so much more tasty! </div>]]></description>
