When trying to develop a possible question, try to frame the question using the terms “how”, “why” or “to what extent”

 

The research question should be clear, focused and arguable 
-       Clear: will the reader understand the nature of my research? Will it direct the research being undertaken?

-       Focused: will the research question be specific enough to allow for exploration within the scope of the task (that is, the number of words and time available)?

-       Arguable: does the research question allow for analysis, evaluation and the development of a reasoned argument? 

 
6 steps to develop a research question

-       Choose a subject area

-       Then choose a topic that is of interest

-       Preliminary reading

1.     Plagiarism: the representation, intentionally or unwittingly, of the ideas, words or work of another person without proper, clear and explicit acknowledgment.

2.     Collusion串通，勾结: supporting academic misconduct by another candidate

3.     Duplication: presentation of the same work for different assessment components and/ or Diploma Program core requirements

4.     Others: taking unauthorized material into an examination, behavior that disrupts the examination or distracts other candidates, falsifying a CAS record, stealing examination materials, impersonation, disclosure of information to and receipt of information from candidates about the content of an examination paper within 24 hours after a written examination.
