Ask the group members for their feedback of what they are willing to commit to and then use their commitments to build the project including due dates

Breakdown the assignment into manageable units and:

--Assign specific tasks for each to follow up on with due dates

--Find out group members strengths and preferences and assign tasks accordingly

Offer incentives or rewards – a coffee, lunch, dinner, gift card or help on the next assignment etc.

Plan extra time for group work in the in-class sessions

-Set timelines for the parts to be completed in order for Diana to have time to put it all together.  Timelines definitely help with motivation.

There has to be an evaluation phase and a mutually agreed upon solution.
