With climate change the area would be too hot and the species living there would not be adapted to hotter conditions than where they live.

Invasive species can decrease biodiversity by overpopulating certain areas. These species take their food, space and other necessary resources all while avoiding competition with the native species. 
Pollution is another factor for the disruption of an ecosystem. Pollution causes areas to become poisonous and pollutes the air in that area. 
Climate change and global warming, two challenges that are still faced today, alter the temperature which some organisms are not adapted to.
