I really liked the various infograms - 5 levels of leadership, implementing change etc. Clear and effective.

I also enjoyed the 50% task - working on something practical and assessing own strengths and areas for development as a leader.

I feel like there are many aspects that I will refer back to and spend more time developing and working on, which for me is testament to a great course. It goes beyond what you learn in the moment; it's about where it takes your thinking and development beyond the sessions. Thank you. Lots of work to be done, but I feel confident and excited about the journey.

I found the theory of leadership styles to be very useful and was interesting to see how this changes depending on the context / situation. I believe having these sessions as a separate time to reflect on our own leadership styles was important as this is something that can easily get lost in the day to day role of the job.
