3. Do not bully or nag people online for their reactions, this is considered cyber bullying.
4. Be kind and helpful, if someone online is having trouble and you know what to do, do not be afraid to help them. Ignoring a peer in need would be improper netiquette.
5. Avoid capitalized words because some readers may see that as shouting and may not take whatever your saying seriously.

3. Stealing someones identity online goes against digital law too. For example, if someone steals someones social security number, credit card or other personal information.

In my view I feel that children should be educated in digital law so they do not break it or be a victim to it. The internet can be a dangerous place with inappropriate websites, hackers, identity thieves, and software piracy . With prior knowledge about digital law these children can be less of a victim or suspect.

Netiquette lesson

Mike Savello- For the netiquette lesson, I would go around the class asking the students what are the right and wrong things to say on internet communication devices. Once the students run out of points I would ask specific questions about proper netiquette and write the vital standards on the board. After that I would tell them to write down or memorize the proper netiquette points and prepare for a fun game with prizes that involve proper netiquette.

Digital law

Mike Savello- For this lesson I would ask the class if anyone has every participated or know anyone that has participated in an activity like file sharing video games or pirating music. Once some people admit to it I would pull up the video on digital law showing that its not right to do those things. Next I would pull up a slide about the consequences of people who offend digital law. This will make some students nervous and get their attention especially if they'd done something that goes against digital law. At the end of the lesson I would reassure the students that no ones in trouble, but now they have the proper information to know whats contradicting digital law and hopefully not go against it.
