-Can you give credit based on the quality of the response...not the response itself, but the feedback (written or conversation)

-Grade based on the conversation
that particular communication, honesty, self-awareness

-Perhaps vary with oral communication / written communication

-scoring standpoint...if it 'matches'...then it's an "A"...assign points based on the 'match' or degree of differences

-if there is improvement over time...can that be 'bonus' points or count toward some kind of incentive

-Maybe look at the class average spread...make it a class thing...peer effort
