I really did nothing all week. I did my health homework on Saturday and we also went down to Tell City to eat dinner with my family. We also went to my grandma’s house in Tell City yesterday for Easter.

All last week I did nothing but watch my show on Netflix Monday-Wednesday. On Thursday we went out and ate and then I had volleyball practice. I also had volleyball the following day that Friday. After that I went home and ate a cheese pizza because of Lent.

For Easter I woke up around 10 and went downstairs and checked my Easter basket. I got 2 Hershey bars, solid chocolate bunny, gum, mints, and kitkat bars.

We didn’t go anywhere like to Florida or a city like others did, and we just stayed home. It was fun to have a relaxing break for a week and the weekends.

My family and I didn’t go anywhere so I got a lot of time to do other things like clean out my room, read, and walk the dog. On Monday, my mom helped me clean out any clothes that I didn’t fit in, didn’t want, or didn’t wear. When we were done I had a lot more space than usual and my room looked much cleaner. On Tuesday, we got a reward for cleaning our rooms, Indiana Caverns. We got to go into the caves and learn a lot about how it was formed, discovered, and built. We also got the opportunity to go through a Sabertooth crawl cave. I would only recommend it for little children who are full of energy. On Wednesday, we worked on our robot for Seaperch. The rest of the week we didn’t do much. On Sunday, we went to my Aunt’s house and hunted Easter eggs. I definitely thought that my Spring Break was so much fun! At 4 AM on the Saturday that Spring Break started, me, my mom, and my sister left for Orange Beach, Alabama. Even if the drive there was supposed to be 9 hours and those 9 hours turned into 12, I thought it was a relatively comfortable and nice drive. (My mom didn’t think that at all). So when we got to Orange Beach, we settled in and just kind of looked at food options. We ended up having great Mexican food. Throughout the rest of the break, we went to the beach, I met up with Paige, and went to a Naval base! My cousin Rachel came down with her son and they stayed at my grandma’s for 3 days which I though was incredible because we haven’t seen my cousin Rachel and her son since Christmas and we got to hang out with her more. Then, for this last weekend we went to Bloomington and stayed 2 nights their and we stayed in a hotel and my moms sister came to see us and so did our cousins. Me and my sister swam in the pool and we did all kinds of fun stuff when my mom was with her sister. I went with my mom and sister and also with two other family friends that were very kind and generous to invite us considering how much of a hassle it would be to have another family come along with them. First when we got there, we put up all of our stuff, and got familiar with the house. Later that day we rode the bikes that came with the beach house which we did a lot of throughout the trip. The next day, we went to mass and then went to one of our favorite restaurants located in Florida, Another Broken Egg. We also went to the beach a lot but not a ton, and when I was at the beach, i usually took a walk along the water, or went paddle boarding in a small body of water right next to the ocean with the paddle board the Schalders brought down. Like I said, we rode bikes a lot while we were down there and one of the bike rides we rode all the way to Rosemary beach which was around 6 miles out which was very fun.

I was supposed to go up Princeton, but my papa is sick so it was called. I feel bad for my grandparents. My grandma Kathy lives in Jasper and is not doing to well, but we live farther away from her and we can’t be down there to support her. The doctors can’t do much for her because she has so many medical problems. My other relatives who live down in Jasper have been trying to be there for her, but they have busy lives. Otherwise I didn’t do much over spring break.

I have sewn for a while now, but I just began needling. I became inspired to begin needling after visiting the Rights home during spring break. I am very interested in history especially the victorian era. SO when my mom heard that the Rights home was opening for tours she took us there. It was beautiful, the detail in the home looked like it took years to design. I just loved the architecture. We went in the bedrooms of the rights family who have all past away now. Two of the daughters were into needling. They designed furniture and framed some of the work. They were very good. One of their framed needle crafts was this picture of the story from the bible of the baby in the basket. The family was catholic. I was so inspired so I began doing this needle craft with a sea shell design for my grammy who loves the beach and lives in Gulf Shores, Alabama. I’m traveling to Gulf Shores in the summer so, I should be done by then so I can deliver the needlecraft to my grammy in person. I picked to give my first needle craft to my grammy because she taught me to sew.

We celebrated Easter and the Easter bunny brought me lots of candy and a pretty flower needlecraft kit. My mom had the idea that I could frame the needlecraft and hang it somewhere in the house. I super excited.

When I wasn’t with friends all I did was watch Netflix all night and eat food. I finished 2 seasons of Grey’s Anatomy over Spring break. I didn’t get to hang out with Carissa much because she went to Destin, so me and her decided not to go to school on Friday and just hand out then. Over all, Spring break was pretty boring in my opinion because everyone went to the beach so I didn’t have many people to hang out with. We got all this done by Friday then on Friday all my cousins came in town from Louisville and Michigan. And basically we went egg hunting and jumped on the trampoline the whole weekend. But the most fun part of this weekend was that my other grandpa from Texas came in town for spring break and completely surprised me so that was really, REALLY cool. Thursday I stayed at home and cleaned my room. Friday I went to a meeting with Kenzie and her dad after the meeting we picked up Colleen from the Mall then we had to Kenzie’s house and decorated for her birthday party on Saturday. We also went to Kenzie’s cousin’s birthday party. On Saturday I went to Kenzie’s birthday party. And Sunday I stayed at home, go to church, and then I went to Ulta with my mom.

ON Saturday my family just stayed home and relaxed, same with on Sunday. Monday my mom and dad went to and my siblings and i stayed home. On Tuesday my mom stayed home and helped us get ready for the trip, on the same day my sisters boyfriend came over to sleepover. The next morning we all packed our stuff and got into the car. Having my sisters boyfriend, Bryant, over felt like having another brother because the was always helping out. After the 9 hour trip my family finally got too our in condo in tops’l. It had a great ocean view and then my brother and sisters friends came over and we had a great time that evening. It got even better when after we got back to our condo from the beach my mom finally let me have Instagram. For Thursday and Friday we just kinda suntanned and swam in the pool, because the ocean was not open to public. And on our last day went go karting. Overall my spring break was amazing.

Thursday I helped my grandma babysit my two cousins, Friday was my cousins birthday party, Saturday was my birthday party,and of course Sun day was Easter.

First we drove to Atlanta, but we stopped in Nashville to go to a outlet mall and to get something to eat. After that we drove the rest of the way to Atlanta and stayed two nights till we went to Orlando. There we stayed four nights. We had more fun in Orlando then Atlanta because in Atlanta the hotels were not that nice. After staying in Orlando we went back to Atlanta for one night and stayed there. My favorite part of the hotels other than playing basketball in Orlando, was probably the fact that all the hotels had free breakfast. Finally we got home after the drive back from Atlanta.

We also had the 6 hr ride there and so i watched a movie or slept. It was extremely boring. WE also got too go too my grandparents house because they live near us. I worked on my workbench and rode 4-Wheeler we also worked and I got paid $10. The next day we went back over there and we hunted Easter eggs. I Got a lot of prizes, but my two favorites were Charleston chews and a whole entire pack of Oreo's.

Hope is a 1 year old rescue dog and she is a beagle, we got her 2 weeks ago. Then on easter eve we went to my mamaws house and I hid the eggs with my cousins. On Wednesday my family and I went to IPFW (Fort Wayne) to tour the college for Grant. It was a VERY long drive, and when we got there it was very cold, but we went inside and there were MASTODONS ALL OVER THE SCHOOL (which are ancient elephants). The college was great and I had a lot of fun. I got to color in the gift shop and the workers loved it so they took a picture of me with my picture and posted it on their website and gave me four of their really good markers. On Wednesday my sister got her permit. Thursday me and my sister were in a commercial,then my sister drove me to volleyball practice. Friday my sister drove me to volleyball practice. Saturday, Me, my sister and my mom went to Louisville and went shopping at an outlet mall. I got a shirt, leggings, and a makeup bag. Sunday I finished my homework and went to Olive Garden with my family.

It started on Friday, and what we did was we just drove a long time. We drove basically 12 hours. The people who went was Ella Titzer’s family, me, and her older sister’s friend. So we stayed in a condo at the The Enclave. On the first day we just unpacked and ordered pizza. Which was so good. So now on Saturday all we did was go to the beach and have a lot of fun. What we did almost every beach day was tan, play in the water, and walk on the beach. We also went to LuLu’s and got stuff to eat. So on Sunday we basically did the same thing. So on Monday it was a little rainy so we went to a restaurant and went shopping. The weather cleared up again so we went to the beach. So later that night me and Ella went on a walk. So it was Tuesday and we meant up Tru. Also went to the indoor pool and talked. On Wednesday we went out to eat and that night walked on the beach again. Also shopped a lot this trip. So then on Thursday we went to The Hangout. The hangout is where you can get stuff to eat and basically where teens hangout. Then on Friday we had to go home.

It was a lot of fun to see stuff that I could never imagine seeing like a space shuttle. On Sunday, I swam and got my hair braided. Then on Monday and Tuesday, I went to Universal. It was so cool because I’m obsessed with Harry Potter and that was super cool. On Wednesday and Thursday, I went to Disney World. I have been there a million times but I still love it as much as I did the first time I went there. The next day I flew to Atlanta and then to Louisville and then drove home. On Sunday, I went to church and came home and had a Easter egg hunt. After that, I went to my grandparents house and had lunch, a Easter egg hunt, and then we celebrated people in my family’s birthday because we haven’t had a party since February. The final day we went to a natural hot spring and relaxed. Then we went to the airport to catch our flight that was at 11 even though we arrived at the Quito airport at seven. We then found out that our flight was delayed until four, when we were supposed to arrive at Atlanta. We found out the next day the plane we were about to use was delayed because the landing gear broke and caught fire. It takes seven hours to get their and it was raining the whole time. On top of that I can’t get comfy in the car so I was uncomfortable for seven hours straight with only one stop. When I got there my grandma was excited to see me. Sadly her short term memory got worse. When you have a conversation with her for like five minutes she repeats the same question multiple times. She even thought that Madeleine was Julia, on of my cousins, Something fun that I did with her was make powdered sugar chocolate cookies, everyone loved it so much I took a picture of the recipe so I can make it again. We left on Monday for her house and had to leave on Thursday morning because my Aunt Susan and her son Jacob were coming to visit on their way down to Florida where they would meet my uncle.

Most of the time I was in a room learning about a collage. In two years my sister will be in college, so we went to four colleges. My mom, dad, sister, and I went to Ball State, University of Indianapolis, IUPUI, and IU. The only fun part about those collages were the food courts. At every college I wanted sushi, but every time we were at a food court the sushi was gone. At the hotel we stayed at there were crazy geese. The Mom was protecting the egg, so every time someone came near she would attack, and the other one would run after you. The animal control came, but the geese escaped and came back. I don’t know if they are still there, but I know they are still causing problems.

I didn’t go anywhere I just stayed home relaxed and heard rain falling just about 24/7 which was a little frustrated because I wanted to do stuff outside play wiffle ball, basketball, and soccer, but no Mother Nature had to disagree and sent rain, rain, and more rain and even when it wasn’t raining it was too wet to go outside. So I was stuck with Plan B what everyone in this generation does play video games and play on phones and ipads. I mean it wasn’t the worst possible thing but I would have liked to get more fresh air over spring break. Next, we drove all the way to the border between Kentucky and Cincinnati, which took another hour. On the first day, we went to an aquarium that we had been to once before. We saw many fish, and we got to touch the stingrays. To be honest, it wasn’t as fun as I remembered. The biggest reason my mom wanted to go was because she hoped to see a humongous octopus, but we ended up finding a small octopus that slept in the corner of its tank. The next day, we went to mass for Easter, and it was a little awkward because everyone was dressed in tuxedos and dresses, and my family dressed very casually. After mass, we went to this butterfly show and watched the butterflies fly around the room. None of the butterflies landed on me, but they seemed to be attracted to the rest of my family. Then we drove all the way home at the end of the day.

I drove for twelve hours down to Panama city in Florida. The experience was definitely worth the wait. When I walked into the condo I knew it was going to be a great time. It took about an hour to get everything situated and then we went down to the beach. It felt great to finally sink my toes into the warm sand. My family also went crab hunting at night, but we only found one small crab. We also noticed the condo had two pools. The indoor one was closed though. When I first jumped in the outside pool I felt a shock of coldness shiver up my back. It was so cold! We walked around the mall, went to,”Bass Pro Shop,” and to,”The Rain forest Cafe.” Outside of that trip I had a Great Easter. We went to My Mamma's house where we had a hunt where we had to find our baskets, and we got bigger baskets also! We did so many things and we also got so many things done. Everything we did we had fun doing it. Saturday and Sunday we helped our cousins with the house that they are remodeling. Monday we finally put up the back splash in our kitchen. My mom was so glad for it to be done. Tuesday we put mulch in our yard because had to get our yard ready for the party we were going to have on Saturday. Wednesday we had our cousins over and we played a lot of games. Thursday we went to my grandma’s house and we made easter cookies and the Aglers also came over. We went to mass on Thursday and Friday. Also on Friday Kendall and my cousins were at my house. We got ready for the baby shower/ Easter party Friday evening and Saturday morning. We played disc golf with our cousins Saturday afternoon. People came over around 3 and we partied till midnight. Sunday we went to Church and we had my mom’s side of the family over. I am glad we stayed home and did all those fun things instead of going to the beach.

We stayed in a “cabin”, except our cabin had panel siding, and had neighbors. It also said it had a “jacuzzi”, but all it was a bathtub with weak jets. But, I got passed that easily because, it had a rec room, which had a pool table, air hockey (with no pucks), a T.V. which was as old as Newburgh, it also had a PlayStation with no power cord. But, all together it was a nice place with a roof and heat. Plus we were not there to swim, we were there for the town. It was for my sister Chandler, because this was her last chance to do something like this with her friend, who are going to different colleges, which were hours away from each other. She brought two friends, Anna Watson, and Aaron Weir. They are best friends. We waited 2 hours just to eat at the Apple Barn, but it was worth it because it was good. We went to the Great Smoky aquarium, ad we got to see my favorite thing related to the sea…… Giant Japanese Spider Crabs! Then we went to the Smokies, the only bear we saw that day was my sister when she woke up.

I got to go to Howey in the Hills, which is right out of Orlando Florida. I went swimming in the really nice resort we stayed in. the resort was more than 1000 acres. They had a golf course with 36 holes to golf in. I saw a lot of lizards and a wild gator in the water. I went there for the Memorial Lacrosse team. My dad is the head coach and my brother plays too. We drove up there early in the morning on Saturday, and got back at around 2 in the morning on Friday. We went to a few restaurants that aren’t in Evansville or near where we live. I got back and went to a birthday party! It was fun. Then, it was Easter already! I got a few squishies, an essential oil diffuser, lots of candy, and other cool things. I went to church, and then went to my grandma’s house to hunt for Easter eggs, eat delicious food, and spend time with my family. I really just stayed at home every day, and did nothing really exciting. Since it was raining for like the whole break here, I couldn’t go outside. We did go to lunch with my dad on Wednesday. We went to a chinese buffet in Henderson, where he works. He was at work all week, so we didn’t do much stuff with him. If he were off, we probably would have gone bowling or something like that. We could have gone with just our mom, but that wouldn’t be as much fun without my dad there. After lunch, my dad went to work, and my mom took us to Trees and Trends. We shopped there for a while. I also got my nails done for Easter. It was so much fun seeing Ava get her nails down at the salon for the first time! I didn’t do a whole lot for Spring Break, but it was really fun just to hang out with my family!

I traveled for about 11 hours in one day to get to Europe. First, we drove to Louisville and then then took a flight to Newark airport. From there we took a seven hour flight to Amsterdam. When we arrived in Amsterdam at about seven in the morning. I was not tired at this point because to me it felt like 12 am because I had not been adjusted to the time change. We then ate pancakes at a restaurant. After that we took a boat and bus tour. I learned much more about the culture. The we went to Ghent (a city where my parents used to live.) in Ghent we saw the city and the shops. After that we went to Brussels and visited old friends and the city. The next day, we went to Namur. There we explored the city and and outskirts of the city. On the last day we went to Amsterdam again, ate some pancakes and went to the hotel. In the hotel there was a super cool, futuristic shower. Then we woke up, went to the airport and headed back home.

I also played with my legos, also I bought a halo action figure and some halo legos, I went to see The Black Panther movie, and I really enjoyed watching it. I watched T.V. and me, my dad, and our dog went over to the school yard and went metal detecting where we found pennies, dimes, and quarters. I went to spend the night at my mamaws and papaws house on Saturday and my dad picked me up at 11:08 or 11:10. I had a lot of fun over spring break and then on Easter Sunday I went back to my moms house and I got to see my brother, my sisters, my mom, my step dad, and my dog again.
